Steps

For each annotation project, we go through the following steps from start to finish:

• A point person is assigned to the task who communicates directly with the client to understand his requirements and to agree on the timeline.

• Client provides us specific labeling requirements.

• A number of sample annotations in specific output format are generated for the purpose of understanding the complexity of the annotation task and to agree on the data exchange format. At this point, the annotation requirements are freezed.

• Client signs an agreement for the data requirements and time schedule and places an intial deposit. A team of labelers is deployed to finish the annotation task as per the agreed requirements and timeline.
